1. Order Cancellation by You

•      You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner.

•      Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is received, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

•      Orders placed for customised, perishable, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun. Any such restriction will be indicated on the relevant product page.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

•      The product ordered is out of stock or unavailable.

•      Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or description on the website.

•      Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or unusual transaction activity.

•      Inability to verify or process payment.

•      Incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping address.

•      Delivery restrictions applicable to the destination location or the product.

Where we cancel an order, we will notify you by email, SMS, or phone, and process any eligible refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Timeframe for Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests are honoured only until the order status changes to ‘Shipped’ or ‘Dispatched’ on our website or as communicated to you. We recommend cancelling as early as possible after placing an order to ensure it is processed before dispatch.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the full amount paid (including shipping charges, if collected) will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of confirmed cancellation, though the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers placing COD orders are required to pay the applicable COD Shipping Charges in advance at the time of placing the order, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

These advance COD Shipping Charges are strictly non-refundable in the following circumstances:

•      The order is cancelled after it has been dispatched or is in transit.

•      The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

•      The order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Cancellations requested before dispatch are not subject to this restriction and the full COD Shipping Charge, if collected, will be refunded along with any other eligible amount.

6. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of one or more items before shipment, provided the remaining order can still be processed. Any applicable price adjustments (such as loss of a bundled discount) will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.

7. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain products, once opened, used, or where cancellation is not feasible due to the nature of the product (for example, perishable herbal or food items nearing expiry, or products marked as final sale), are not eligible for cancellation. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
