Shipping Policy

At Parbat Herbal, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched through trusted logistics partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience across India.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed, packed, and handed over to one of our courier partners based on your delivery location, service availability, and operational requirements. To provide the best possible service, Parbat Herbal may ship orders through Shadowfax, Ekart, Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket, or other reliable logistics partners. The courier partner is selected automatically depending on the destination and serviceability.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

For the purpose of this policy, “business days” refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding national and state public holidays.

These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Parbat Herbal does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Delivery schedules remain subject to the policies and operations of our logistics partners.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details and tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your customer account (where applicable). Customers can use the tracking details provided to monitor the delivery status of their shipment.

In rare situations, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages based on product availability or warehouse location. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment separately.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers placing COD orders are required to pay the applicable COD Shipping Charges in advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining order value is payable to the courier partner upon successful delivery.

The advance COD Shipping Charges are strictly non-refundable in the following circumstances:

      The order is cancelled by the customer after dispatch or during transit.

      The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

      The order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

This applies uniformly across all COD orders, regardless of the stage at which the issue arises. This is consistent with our Cancellation Policy.

5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid mobile number and PIN code. Parbat Herbal shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Failed or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the order, or customer unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, while advance COD Shipping Charges, where applicable, will not be refunded.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, consistent with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
