Shipping Policy

Payment Methods

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway to process all online payments securely. You can pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay's secure checkout, in addition to Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

Domestic Shipping

For prepaid orders below ₹499, a shipping fee of ₹30 will be added. For orders above ₹499, no shipping charges will apply.

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. For orders below ₹499, a COD fee of ₹90 will be added. For orders above ₹499, no COD charges will apply. Whatever shipping charges are applicable on a COD order, the same are collected in advance at the time of placing the order.

The cart value for both the above points will be calculated after the application of any discount or coupons.

We ship your orders through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners, including Shadowfax, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shree Tirupati Courier, and other reputed courier services, depending on your location and serviceability.

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched. The tentative delivery time is 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Orders received on Sundays or during holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festivals and lockdowns, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days for delivery.

Third-Party Shipping Partners

Orders placed on www.parbatherbal.com are shipped through our trusted courier partners, including but not limited to Shadowfax, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Shree Tirupati Courier, among others. The choice of courier partner for a given order is determined by Parbat Herbal based on the delivery location and serviceability, at its sole discretion.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the User via email/SMS/WhatsApp, wherever applicable. Any delay, loss, or damage occurring during transit is subject to the respective courier partner's policies, and Parbat Herbal will assist the User in resolving such issues to the best of its ability, though it shall not be held liable for delays or issues arising solely due to the courier partner's operations.

International Shipping

As of now, we are not accepting international orders. For queries from territories outside India, kindly mail us your requirements at customer@parbatherbal.com. We would get back to you and would definitely try to fulfill your requirements.

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment made will not be refunded. If the order has not yet been processed at the time of cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 2–3 working days. Parbat Herbal has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Parbat Herbal and to accept the decision of Parbat Herbal regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation of Order by Parbat Herbal

Parbat Herbal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall apply regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% of the payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address, recipient not available, or any other related reason), any extra cost incurred by Parbat Herbal for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

• Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Parbat Herbal reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
• The coupon may only be used on www.parbatherbal.com and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by www.parbatherbal.com. The coupon is not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.
• The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer.
• If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
• Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as per the Shipping & Returns Policy.
• Offer good while supplies last.
• Void where prohibited.
• Parbat Herbal has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any coupon.
• The consumer is required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
